Great product I started using it

This is very good. I feel very energized. It does my body good. I feel awaken, good energy and a good state of mind. I also add a vitamin C to give it an extra boost. Early day is best to intake these vitamins.

Wonderful product

Always hard to evaluate an added on supplement. But I can say I think it has value to my being.

It really does seem to help with cholesterol levels. I have a family history of high cholesterol, my parents are/were on statins, my cholesterol level was creeping up but it has since gone down to 'high' rather than 'warning' levels. I initially bought the powder to mix in to smoothies, but it's extremely tart (and not as pleasant to me as lemons or cranberries) - I kept forgetting to add it, so I switched to capsules.

Easy to swallow and very good vitamin.
