Find your joy
This is a great book about accepting that being alone does not equal loneliness. I learned to embrace solitude as a gift and not a burden.

Honest and gentle
The originality shined through for me. It didn’t feel like another cookie cutter self-help book at all. Made me feel quite calm, collected and motivated after reading.

Short and straight to the point
Overall gave some good advice. I myself have always been a lowkey loner. I’ve always enjoyed my time alone. For me it’s more of a family loneliness rather than friendships or acquaintances. And honestly I always do what I want or don’t want to do. So the book gives good advice I just want think most of it is just common sense on how to navigate through a lonely life. I know the author is young so really no criticism on my part.
