Very good quality and everything

I bought Khitan 3b SS gas stove one year ago. When I opened the box there was a manufacturing defect on one of the burner. There was a big hole on one of the burner ( picture added). Other than that it was fine. Hence I decided to keep the product and write about the same problem to the company. But unfortunately there was no response from the part of company so far. It's one year over and working fine. (There was a miner issue of fire coming from out side the burner occurred. But once I cleaned it properly the problem got solved.)Moral of the story if you want a gas stove with similar design and fair enough quality you can go for this. But don't expect a company service. If anything happens you have to depend on local technician.I'm reducing one star for poor quality check and after sales service. Anyway so far I'm satisfied with the product.

I hv purchased this gas stove in December 2024, and it is under warranty1)Support of burner not levelled, so your food is always burn on one side2) gas knob are loose, beagn to fall off after few months use3)gas leak from bottom side piping.4) customer care mobile number/ email of Khaitan india not operative and they do not give any service.Your on your own if u purchase this,Amazon don't care about product quality and warrantySo avoid this product and this Khaitan india company
