These were the freshest chocolate chip cookies I ever had! Very crispy! Can’t stop eating them!

My husband is addicted to chocolate chip cookies so I try to purchase a variety of high quality specialty cookies for him.This brand contained a total of 8 cookies, 5.25 oz (149 g), 4 servings per container, serving size about 2 pieces (37 g), 180 cal., 9 g fat, cholesterol 20 mg, sodium 190 mg., 24 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 13 g sugar, 13 g added sugar, 1 g protein, cal 13 mg, .9 mg iron, and 45 mg potassium .They smelled great and were expensively packaged. They crumbled easily and this is perhaps due to the first ingredient being butter.They were dry and sparsely chipped with excessive amounts of sugar (total sugar 13 g, includes 13 g of added sugar). What does that mean? Does that mean that they added an additional 13 g of sugar and thus the cookies contain 26 g of sugar per 4 pc serving (25% daily value).They also tasted artificial like a diet cookie with a strange after taste. The chocolate was sparse and tasted artificial.The sodium content at 190 mg for 2 cookies is excessive and they tasted too too salty.
