Supresses appetite
I have found these definitely supress my appetite.I don't snack in between meals as much as I did,I also feel less tired. It says it has added vitamins but it doesn't say this anywhere on the container so I'm unsure if this is true. It says to take 2 a day but doesn't give much information as regards to ,two at once or spread them out?so I have one in the morning and one with my lunch. They taste pleasant enough,I have been taking them for 2 weeks so far.

Ich habe die Bären schon sehr oft bestellt. Ich nehme zwei Bären Abends vor dem Schlafengehen. Ist schon wie ein Ritual, was absolut fehlt, wenn es nicht im Haus ist. Mit etwas Fingerspitzengefühl bekommt man sie aus der Dose. 👌🏻😄 Sie schmecken gut. Ich merke schon, dass sie mein Gewicht reduzieren. Jedenfalls wiege ich mehr, wenn ich keine esse.
