Great rake
Works great. Now let's be honest, it doesn't make me love raking, but it does make me hate it much less. Very happy with this purchase.

A better leaf, twig, and grass rake!
Although a little heavier than the usual leaf rake, this one takes care of twigs and extra leaves with gusto!

It does exactly what the manufacturer claims. Easier raking but less clogging
We live in New England, so when I tell you that I know about raking leaves you can take that to the bank! I just spent 3 hours cleaning off a 1/2 acre in the front of our house in an quarter acre in the back of our house and while I can't claim that I have exact analysis of whether this rake saved me precisely 45% of the effort as a manufacturer claimed, I can say that it's saved me a ton of time and it was a much more effective rake than others I have used it's nice to have the opportunity to use something that actually represents a true Innovation in doing something as simple as yard work, but this rake actually did exactly what it claimed. It cleaned up better with less effort, and it did not clog as any other type of rock would have.

Fabulous Rake!
I actually bought this rake in my local BJ's where it came fully assembled. I have a large yard, almost 3/4 of an acre and I'm one of those "old school" types who never took to leaf blowers. I like the exercise too. I've used lots of rakes in my time and this one is by far the best. It grabs a lot of leaves and the two rows of tines pick up not only the leaves, but a fair amount of thatch as well. I'm sorry I didn't buy two.

Nice idea but broke after ten minutes use
Dual time rake seemed like a good idea so I bought one. It is a bit more efficient than a standard leaf rake. Unfortunately, despite a 15 year limited warranty, which I took to imply quality, one of the tines simply snapped off after about ten minutes of light to moderate use raking loose leaves. The tine snagged on some matted grass and just snapped like a Kit Kat bar.
