sorry don't know what an occlusive dressing is. I bought this for my 98 year old mother who had extremely fragile skin which ripped when she used normal plasters. They were the same ones used by the district nurse and we were told to buy these and to leave them on any wound for several days. They worked very well for this purpose.

What are the dimensions of the actual dressing in the centre?

Sorry, I don't remember as purchased 4 years ago. But I found them very good and I'm almost sure the dressing bit is not a lot smaller than the actual plaster
