Amazing recipes and very nice pictures for each one. Definitely recommend for people to buy.

The book has wonderful recipes. But ingredients are measured by weight (ounces, grams) not cups or tablespoons and many ingredients are have British names, such as caster sugar for super fine. The recipes often are very complicated, not the sort of everyday dessert to make for the kids. That being said, if you are really into baking, this can push you in new directions.

Their was potential. But when I was in culinary school, the one flour type that was taboo was self rising flour, and that is used quite a bit in the recipes in this book. So that has made me distrust this cookbook. Self rising flour is not dependable because salt and levener is added and when baking you must be precise. Also I expected way more photos.

This cookbook is incredible - the photos are beautiful and the desserts all look amazing! We have made several of the recipes in this book and have been thrilled with the results. I typically bake for guests and it's been amazing hearing people gush about my newest dessert recipes. I would highly recommend this book - can't wait to bake more from it!

I loved how easy it was to follow the recipes. The stories and pictures create a great narrative of the iconic Sydney bakery! Would highly recommend if you are into baking.

The best
