Super strong dip station
Great product, recommended for anyone that wants dip or hanging leg station, even stretching, ballet maybe? But this product is made to last and very sturdy. Pros - Build quality - design, padding on the feet, powdercoated for corrosion resistance - Stability - Heavy load and very sturdy - Effectiveness - ready to use once you decide on where you want this station to be - Ease of use - ready to jump on and use Considerations - Size - it is not portable and requires assembly, it is big - Cost - more expensive than the others but worth the money

Perfect exercise apparatus
Perfect Exercise Apparatus: Easy to assemble and very sturdy, Excellent for people with mobility and balance issues. Provides excellent support for basic stretching, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching exercises. Sturdy enough to even attach resistance bands for stretching exercises. Easy to adjust its height. Have it set up in the living room where being in sight, it is frequently in use.

I highly recommend!
I was skeptical at first. I've always built my own parallel bars out of wood, but I recently moved into an apartment and needed some that took up less space. These are very sturdy and fit well in my office. I have no complaints whatsoever. Like with any parallel bars, the variety of exercises you can do on them is fantastic. It feels very secure, so long as I don't swing too close to the ends. If you need more stability than a dip stand provides or you're looking for a nice set of parallel bars, then you can't really beat the price.

Awesome Dip bar.
If you’re into calisthenics, & want to stay consistent with your dips. Especially during the winter season. I highly recommended this dip bar. I’m very impressed with this dip bar. I’ve been using the dip bar for several months now consistently. It’s very sturdy, & can be used for multiple calisthenics variations, and stretches. The only problem I’ve experienced was. It was missing 3 washers. Thankfully, I had some washers on deck. So, I didn’t push the issue.

Transformative Training Tool for Strength Gains
I’ve been training with these parallel bars for a few months now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the results. The solid construction and grip stability have allowed me to perform a wide range of calisthenics exercises, from dips, L-sits, Romanian pull ups to static moves like front lever and planche, with confidence. The most significant benefit I’ve noticed is the increase in my upper body strength. My shoulders, arms, and core have become much more robust, and I can see the muscle definition that wasn’t there before. The bars are also great for enhancing balance and coordination, which has improved my overall athletic performance. What sets these bars apart is their versatility. They’re not just for gymnasts or calisthenics enthusiasts; anyone looking to build strength can use them. The kids love these bars too. I highly recommend these parallel bars to anyone serious about getting stronger and pushing their limits. They’re a fantastic investment in your fitness journey.

Swing bars
I am a 170 lbs. male. I purchased the "Bongkim dip bar" mainly for swinging between the bars as I already have a dip station. The very stiff metal bars are great for dips but do not flex like wood bars do in gymnastics parallel bars, which makes swinging uncomfortable pretty fast. The trick that totally solved this problem was using very thick pipe insulation around the bars. Assembly took less than an hour. Everything feels very sturdy. Nice paint. Quality bolts. I love the price and the small footprint.

Unconventional Use - Works Well!
Mine is a rather unconventional use - using to safely get in and out of a clawfoot bathtub! Because these parallel bars are so very adjustable AND STURDY they allow me to get in and out of our old tub safely (try finding handicap aids for one of these roundy clawfoot tubs! they do not exist!) -- best part is each time I do a bath, I also get a little bit of a work out because you naturally want to do a support-hold with these. So they help me step up onto the Step Aerobic Platform, and then they help me safely move from the step into tub, as well as lower myself down, and then after the bath I am able to lift myself back up, and then out. I feel completely safe (and a bit stronger) thanks to these (cat assisted of course lol)

Definitely weight the bottoms and check your bolts every few uses
The bars were pretty straightforward to put together. Usage wise though… definitely need weighted bottoms. My friend almost got really messed up because the thing lifted up completely on him. Good quality set up but not safe for any calisthenics. Bars wobble with any movement too

I’ve been using this Bongkim Dip Bar Station for a few months now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The build quality is incredibly solid and stable — no wobbling or shifting even during more dynamic exercises like leg raises or band-assisted muscle-up drills. It’s rated for 550lbs, and you can really feel the sturdiness when you’re on it. What I appreciate the most is its versatility. While it works great for standard tricep dips, this isn’t just a dip bar — the adjustable height levels allow me to use it for a whole range of calisthenics exercises like pull-ups, L-sits, incline push-ups, knee raises, and even planche practice. Compared to other dip bars I’ve tried, which usually limit you to just dips and maybe some basic core work, this station opens up way more possibilities for a full-body calisthenics session. Another bonus is the size and spacing of the bars — there’s enough room to safely attach resistance bands for assisted exercises or resistance training. I’ve been using bands for leg exercises and additional core work, turning this into a mini-station for all kinds of bodyweight and band-based workouts. If you’re looking for a stable, well-built, and multi-functional dip station for your home gym or outdoor training setup, this one stands out well above the others I’ve used. Highly recommend!

Nice equipment with ease of use. Solid enough for good workout. Simple design to assemble and take anywhere. Helps me to workout indoor especially during not favorable weather conditions. Last but not least, good colour contrast.

The bolts on this part are a bit too long and add a risk for injury. I'm just covering mine with some extra M10 locking nuts like in the photo (ordered separately on my own)

Great for the price, it's stable, but may be too wide for the average person. Quality appears good, but the metal seems to deform easily at the bolts, overtightening may be a risk. Will see how they hold up with time. Please add torque specification to the instructions. When first received I had a dent in one of the legs, but support was quick to send me a replacement to resolve the issue.
