I am very new to these Banpresto figures. Ive kinda stayed away all statue figures in my years of being into manga and anime, as I wasnt collecting figures. But i caved when wanting to syart a collection of my favorites. I am aware there seems to be multiple sizings, color pallets, outfits and assorted poses these figures are based on, but thats about it. So I looked around and tried to make sense of sizes and scale based on pictures and if they were posted in listings. I got the Luffy statue first because of being a huge OP fan. Also because I like the dynamic pose, his serious face, and the Haki and effects it has. I believe the scene it was based off was, is in Wano vs Kaido. I couldnt tell you what exact chapter/episode scene but it was some point on the Onigashima skull roof. Probably. Overall digging the design, likeness to anime, manga. The one nitpick for quality is that the effects for Luffy do no stay on his fist so easily. True it does balance BUT It feels as if they will just fly off with a light tap. Good thing the figure has a stand for his dynamic jump pose. But damn it looks cool for sure. 10/10 for Luffy fans. Looks great for a normal Luffy whose not in one of his gear forms. The paint seems fine, I'm not a expert but nothing looked scuffed or missed spots to my eye. I am actively trying to get the whole Strawhat crew, BUT only 1 of each Strawhat in hopefully the same "scale". Cost wise, I justified the size and dynamic design vs a more plain or larger figure that takes up.more space and would be heavier. It seems fair, but careful not to pay scalper prices as OP got big as time has gone on.

Everything about the figure is good besides putting it together lol can be a bit confusing but overall a great figure to have
