Workout looking like Bane and sounding like Vader.Not bad as advertised makes breathing a bit more taxing, perspiration build up on the silicon face piece after ~25 minutes it was rather unpleasant.The included instructions do not include how often you should replace the filers (after every use by https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08SQMJ4ZQ?psc=1&smid=A37GD93TYHBYDX&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp) or the significance of the different coloured 'breathing tablets' supplied with it.I've only used it once so far but I'll stick with it a bit longer to see how effective it is

Very happy with this item. Really works the lungs. I found it tough on first use (60 minutes crosstrainer low/med impact) probably more so as Im asthmatic , but it's helping strengthen my lungsIm now getting the fitness impact of a 5km+ run from a 60 min crosstrainer with the benefit of the xtrainer calories (mostly from fat) and low joint impact

It arrived really quickly considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. I bought it for my son as he does a lot of training and when the gym opens I want him to be safe and able to breath. It works on the treadmill and spinning bike at home so hopefully it will work just as well in the gym.
