Struggled to get a good clipper in a reasonable time from a known brand, Not disappointed, while most of the accessories will never get used as purchased for a haircut only. On that alone worth it, easily fit a clip-on razor size and cut away. This was not used on a beard nor would it work for a clean shave. the quality in the feel and use of the product is excellent, other friends mention hair pulled on cheaper brands, this one did not cause any issues and required no oil to be used which is another bonus. The first-time clipper, can't fault.

Great trimmer. No guard is perfect for a zero on the head. Easy to use in the shower and the battery life is superb. A good buy all round.

Desperate times call for desperate measures! As I'm sure has been the case for many people with short hair, the closure of hair salons during lockdown prompted us to consider alternative ways of managing our hair. These hair clippers were a great decision for keeping my hair tidy and manageable.These clippers are easy to use (coming from someone who has no hairdressing training whatsoever!), and trimming is quick too. The product comes with a selection of removable guards, allowing the user to choose the length for their cut. I did find, however, that the guards clipped my hair a little shorter than expected. Then again, this could be due to the way I held the clippers - what with not being a hairdresser!The charging time and battery life is excellent too. While doing some research, other brands seemed to take 14 hours to charge, with a battery life of 45 minutes. This product is ready to use after 1 hour of charging, and there's more than enough charge for 1 cut. I charged mine for a few hours before use, and 5 weeks later there was still plenty of charge remaining.Compared to similar products, these aren't the cheapest hair clippers available. £50 may seem like a lot, but a smooth trim and excellent battery life could explain the cost. During lockdown and afterwards, when the hair salons are very busy, I expect I'll use it 3 or 4 times. And then I'll get a friend to do it for me, so in the long run this will save me money and trips to the hairdresser.

I've bought about 10 shavers in my life for beard and never been happy . This however is perfect I can do everything the barber can on my own . Probably not as good but that's not the products fault .Nice strong motor sleek design and accessories all work . Would buy again

I've always been in need of a beard trimmer and with the current COVID-19 situation, I was also in need of a haircut. The machine is easy to use on beards, and for someone like me who has incredibly thick hair. My one criticism so far is that the clippers were a bit smaller than I'd have hoped for but so far I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. Battery seems to be good and if hair gets inside the machine I can just wash it out - the advantage of it being waterproof. Very good for the price as well

Very easy to use. Bought this product during COVID-19 lock down. Cut my hair and my 10 year old'son with east. got a grip on it after one use. Can't go wrong with this Phillips product

Great product. It does exactly what it says on the tin. However, the item that I received came in a damaged/almost open box. I was a bit sceptical whether I should contact the senders and return it as it looked like a used product? I had a good look on the trimmer itself as well as the accessories that came with it. They all seemed to look ok. Charged the device up and it seems to be working fine after 1st use. I am going to see how it goes and may add further feedback after using the device a couple of times.
