I love the poses that is displayed. It's concise and easily to understand. I think that it will be a great choice to keep me interested.

Good purchase
I liked what I read about the book. I have begun reading it. I am especially interested in the breathing exercises, warm up, stretching exercises and weight loss with chair yoga. I think this book will be a great asset to me. I recommend the book as a purchase.

Bought for Gift
I bought this for a dear friend who has been wanting to do chair yoga due to her disability. It's an easy to follow highly researched guide for seniors and anyone else who would like to benefit. She said she feels a difference in her stamina and posture. She isn't trying to lose weight but helps her feel healthier. She already uses this book every day to learn new exercises every day and love she can master many in ten minutes or less. She does recommend larger print but other than that, she is happy.

Small images inside
This is a book for "seniors". the images inside are small and hard to see, printed with minimum ink. The information is useful, but not very "senior friendly" with the size and clarity of images.

Looks promising, now..............
It came in the other day. The intro was a little wordy (but who reads that stuff anyway right?). The exercises are quite easy to perform, but you actually feel them (in a good way) afterward. The workout doesn't even take that long (surprisingly quick actually). Now it's just a matter of sticking to it.

This really works!
Great book with clear instructions and useful information. The long term result is similar to traditional yoga: flexibility, control, grace, poise and strength all without damage and pain. Go for it-you'll be rewarded.

It works well but it's hard to stay with.
It is a good work out but I hope anyone else that buys it can stay with it.

Terrific book
I am a senior with limited mobility and these exercises are helping ne to increase my upper body strength.
