Much better value than the other more expensive mushroom powder out there. The taste is exactly the same without all the hype.

Its difficult for me to gage how helpful coedyceps powder is. Im into intense fitness and Im aware that a combination of all of the supplements I take appear to be doing a wealth of good,

A hint of Bovril. Would have preferred to have some directions on the consumption of the product. Is it possible to have too much?.

I've been using cordyceps for years now and highly rate it's efficacy. My favoured brand is the Planetary Herbals, which is difficult to get now and so recently I've started using the Time Health Organic Cordyceps Sinensis Mushroom Extract - 100g Powder - EU Grown - 30% Polysaccharides, which is excellent! I also thought I would try this product, but it's is horrible! It has a weird taste, upset my stomach and made me feel a little nauseous! This product does not say if it is sinensis or militaris on the packaging itself, nor does it say the country of origin on the packaging. I bought two packets and they are both going back. Of all the cordyceps I've tried this is by far the worst and the only one that has ever upset my stomach! I also suggest reading Nino's and Raphael's reviews as well.

Difficult to know whether it contains any cordyceps at all. It smells very different than the cordyceps powder I've purchased previously from a different, nutritionist-recommended brand. Very annoyed to have wasted money on this.
