Not bad, but it's a collection of blog posts talking about lessons from other books.
This book is just a collection of ideas from 10+ other books, the author even references books and quotes he's talking about, so at least he's very transparent in that matter. This is not so much a "book", as it's a "collection of blog-posts", and it's okay, I knew that before I purchased this book, and still wanted to support the author, since his blogs were useful and insightful on Medium for a year or two.My main critique of his work is that there is nothing original or new here. He is literally regurgitating other books and learning of other authors, but hey - if someone stumbles on this book in self-improvement space, and has never read any other book before - they wouldn't be disappointed. It's not a bad collection of blog posts. There is value here. I just wish there was.. more. Or something original / creative.I'll give it a fair 3 star rating, but would not recommend it to my friends.

Quite good
I found the book quite inspiring. A few tips to further tailor my routines and habits. The language is easily consumable and the chapters are split into small blocks of tips. Recommended

Awesome Book!! Does exactly what it says on the wrapper
Not one to usually write a review, however this book resonated with me in such a way that I feel compelled to praise the work. If you, like me, are "looking" for something in reading self-help/performance literature this small book packs a big punch. The writing is concise, the ideas, while not original, are communicated in such a way that they are easy to understand. This accessible comprehension paves the way for smooth changes and transformations in your life. The strategies are the simple to implement with a "less is more" philosophy underpinning the majority of the book. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a blueprint on how to effectively make lasting changes in your life today, tomorrow and every day thereafter.

How inspiring is this book? Hugely.
I read this in one sitting, it's like drinking 10 double espressos and doing 200 jumping jacks and squats whilst listening to the most powerful opera aria out there on top of a mountain and after chewing some totally natural mood enhancer found in the wild...That's how inspiring it is!I had read some of these essays before on various platforms, but having them all housed in one place makes the message somehow more real, more accessible, and more compelling. Get this book if you feel like you'd like your life to be... different. If you'd like your interactions with the world to be... more satisfying and supportive for both yourself and others. If you'd like to achieve some big goals (sorry, quests!!!). Quest on!! Thank you for writing these words.

Now One of My Favorite Writers
I stumbled across Benjamin's work at Medium.com. He has catapulted into being one of my favorite writers. I actually consumed a lot of his musings without knowing he was the author. I just read the articles without looking to see who wrote them. When I saw that Benjamin was the author of many of my favorite articles I decided to check his website and saw he had published this book. I bought the book and I must say it is a great piece of work full of great advice and ideas. It's a great read for someone on the verge of making a big change in their life. This is a great read that will help develop positive habits while also honing your future in a clear cut manner that you can envision.

Relevant, Applicable and Genuine
All-too-often authors that fall into the "self-help" or "self-improvement" genre come across as condescending. It seems they are trying to perpetuate the image that they stick to their flawlessly chiseled-out schedules, utilize every life hack they reference always and are lightyears ahead of their readers. This can sometimes take away from the intended message and loses the discouraged interest of the reader quickly. Benjamin Hardy has found a way to make sure he connects to each reader and does not alienate anyone. You will feel his advice is genuine, relevant and applicable no matter what stage of your life you are in. His messages transcend generations, life stages, educational and economic demographics - there is no one who wouldn't benefit from picking up this book and reading Hardy's essays.

Discovered Benjamin Hardy at Medium and become his follower. He doesn’t bring anything new I the book (or in his posts for that matter), however, it is a concise of the many proven and positive science around. His style of writing is very clear and his story per se deserves a book.

Useful map to a better life...
Benjamin writing doesn't require you to reach for a dictionary and it flows effortlessly. He gives you a why and how to implement each area in your life which he outlines initially. There is sound logic and reasoning behind each step and backed up by this own experience and others that he cites. If you need a guide on how to get to where you want to be this little book is a great start.
