Great knife, at first it was a little hard to open but after I lubed and worked it a little it snaps open quite well, it's lightweight and it fits in my pocket pretty well. I'd say it was worth the money. It's currently my daily carry.

Arrived with a very sharp blade, hinge action is very smooth. I was a little surprised at the overall weight - it is lighter than expected, due to the handle. I expected it to have a little more heft, but I don't object to it being lighter to carry. The blade is sturdy in the handle - no movement so far. We'll see over time if the handle holds up. The red handle is a dull red - nothing flashy, and the black oxide blade looks great.

This is a sturdy little knife. It functions exactly as it should. It's blade is sharp. The action is smooth. Opens with one hand. Would have been 5 stars if the handle was steel.

Very nice, and light military looking knife. It has all the nice touches that Gerber offers. Cool belt clip, handsome handle, and branding on the blade, and clip. Also I love the black blade. The blade is thin, but still feels strong enough. As long as you’re not plunging it into a tree, or tree stump you’ll be fine.

I have had this knife for approximately 6 months and I am very pleased. I have used it heavily for a multitude of tasks and it has stayed sharp, showcasing its quality blade. Not a shake or a rattle to be had. Hope to see many more years of use out of the blade.

Best $21 knife I have ever purchased. It was TIGHT when it arrived, totally useless One full round off the pivot screw and it became very easy to open and close. The blade is sharp and cuts well. It has some weight to it and feels good in your hand. I would prefer a normal thumb stud over this fancy one. But, for $20. I'll abuse the crap out of this knife.

Great Gerber on a budget, but there are a few issues... I'm not sure if these are just my knife or if these are universal for this knife design. While the reversible thumb grip is nice, the thumb strength required to open the thing with a thumb alone is not something the hulk would have. Adjustable tension would be nice? Maybe it just needs to be broken in. There's already a few pinch points that have already worn off the bead blasting after a month of light use. This is not expected. The edge seems to hold up well. Knife could have used a sharpened top edge of the "tanto" tip, but that's a preference and doesn't speak to the functionality of the knife itself. Overall, seems a quality build, but there are some annoying aspects that interfere with what could have been a solid EDC

El tamaño resulta ideal: lo bastante compacto para el bolsillo, pero con una hoja de casi 10 cm que da confianza para tareas variadas. El mango texturizado, aunque sencillo, ofrece un buen agarre incluso en uso prolongado. En el uso diario ha demostrado ser muy versátil: la he empleado para abrir paquetes y cajas sin esfuerzo, cortar cuerda y bridas en trabajos de bricolaje, e incluso como apoyo en alguna salida al campo para preparar comida o afilar estacas de madera. En todos estos casos se ha comportado con eficacia y sin holguras en la hoja. Como puntos fuertes destacaría su ligereza, su ergonomía y el diseño versátil que encaja bien tanto para trabajo ligero como para llevar en el día a día. Personalmente no encontré nada negativo en el producto; quizá no sea la opción más robusta para un uso muy intensivo en exteriores, pero dentro de su gama cumple con nota. En conclusión, sí recomendaría esta navaja a cualquiera que busque un modelo económico, fiable y práctico, y sin duda la volvería a comprar.
