I mixed this powder with warm water and applied it to my hair, starting with the scalp. (You can also use Aloe Vera gel, according to the instructions). I then shampooed my hair to wash out the paste. My hair felt very soft and easy to comb through. This is a fine powder that dissolves well when mixed with water. I heated the water a bit to help open my hair’s pores and allow more permeability of the product. This is 100% licorice powder with no added ingredients. See my photo for the ingredients. I think this is a great purchase, because since it is in powder form, you can simply mix the quantity that you need, and the product will always remain fresh, and not harden over time, as many pastes tend to do. I recommend this item!

I’ve also been using it as a facial treatment, and my skin felt so smooth and renewed afterward. It’s very fine in texture, mixes easily, and smells heavenly. Next time I plan to blend it with a little honey for extra moisture (and maybe turmeric after that!). Such a beautiful product you can truly feel the quality and sacred energy in it.
