Easy and relatively inexpensive. I thought I had gone totally deaf. I replaced the wax guard and hear well again.

Seem genuine
I've changed out my wax guards with these twice now and they seem to be as good as the originals. No issues at all. And at the risk of TMI, I'll admit that while my left ear is perpetually wax free, my right ear has some wax issues. So, yeah, they work fine.
