when you purchase something you expect all the parts, but not with this, never again

Works well, just expensive for what it is
Expensive considering it does not come with a plug either so that's an additional cost.

Short changed as no leads from plug to the transformer
What is the point of a transformer and works well if it doesnt come with a lead to connect to the plug. I feel short changed. Especially in this time of CV19 lockdown.

The power supplies I received arrived packaged in individual plastic bags with what appear to be Genuine Cisco paper labels adhered to the bags. The power supplies have the Delta Electronics, Inc. brand name, part number ADP-50FR and CISCO P/N: 341-0330-02 printed on the label. Please see photo. If they are counterfeits, they are really good ones.

the product i received is NOT matching as of the provided description and also the connector is different. also for your information, i have requested and it was dispatched from USA, so now i required the adaptor replacement as of the mentioned description and it should be with out costing any dollar on me as FREE. i am very much disappointed and surprised when i saw the package.

This was not only OEM, but also worked perfectly with my Cisco 8800 series phone. It does not feel like it plugs in at first but you really have to line it up well for it to fit. No power lead, but I had one on hand so it was all good.

The product description is not correct. While it does fit the 9971, it does NOT fit the 8945. I'll keep them as I do have 9971s in my environment, but I just wasted 3 days waiting for this part. FWIW, it does work fine on the 9971.

It's OK. I am using a Cisco 8851 with expansion module and It works fine. Delivery was very fast 5 days aproximediatly to Chile. many thanks!
