Not what I expected.
Got this product and was excited to use it, but what I got was clearly a used/refurbished item. There were a few noticeable scratches on it, which wasn't a major deal-breaker for me. However, the real issue was the subpar quality of the bolts and screws that came with it. Had to shell out extra cash for a different set, which added to the overall cost. I was tempted to return it, but with the installation scheduled for the very next day, I didn't have enough time to initiate the return process.

Quality is moderate ...but pqrt was missing thats why returned.

Does it's job very well
Was skeptical before buying at it was much cheaper than the standard ones.. But it does it's job.. I have used it for installing my 1.5 ton outdoor unit.. All screws were there.. Worth the money..
