Loupe is good quality and comes in a carry case and cleaning cloth. I this would be best used on things that are flat like coins, paper money, stamps, etc. I'm not sure I'd call it a jeweler's loupe though because the focal point is right up against the bottom glass so you can't look at things that have much depth to them easily.

This loupe is nice, it has a good quality lens that comes in a nice carrying case with a cleaning cloth. It's great for inspecting flat items like, not so much for thing like populated circuit boards.

Decent build quality and nice magnification. Even comes in an appropriate sized little zip up hardshell case. A metric scale on the bottom. The issue is my lens seems poorly made or defective. It’s foggy with striations and cannot be cleaned. Don’t know if it’s mold or a manufacturing defect but it definitely interferes with what should be very good image quality.

Helps a lot at work

This loupe is claimed to be 10x. I don’t know how they get that figure, it seems at best 2x-3x - the highest magnification I could achieve with a clear image was viewing a 12mm object in the 28mm wide view - which in my book is 2.75x. In addition, it can only focus on objects in contact with or extremely close to the bottom lens. This is ok for flat objects such as stamps but no good for 3d objects with any relief. Such as minerals, insects or flowers. The white led illumination is ok, but I got no reaction from the ‘uv’ mode, even on objects that I know fluoresce under LW ultraviolet. Having said that, the optics are quite reasonable, the lenses are glass, the mount is metal and it is quite well made - and the measuring graticule on the lower lens is genuinely useful.

The light stopped working after few days. Not great quality. I would not recommend it.
