I can fit a good amount of food and snacks in it
It's been some years since I have owned/used a lunch bag. I can fit a good amount of food and snacks in it. If you have a big appetite. I would recommend getting a bigger bag.It the pictures: container sizes 6x4.5x2.5..... 5x7x2.5.......4.5x4.5x3 ... the measurement were taking from the lids. I put the ice pack in the pocket above. Ice pack size 7x4x1.5.I attach my water bottle to a carabiner clip. This way I can carry it all together.I would recommend this bag. It's a fun bag. And you could always attach another pouch using the m olle system. The from is ready for your favorite velcro patch.

IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE! Buy it!
When I tell you this is the best Lunchbox/Cooler I’ve ever owned... I MEAN IT. This is awesome. I don’t even have to put an ice pack in there to keep my food cold throughout the day, if I have two cold waters in there with my food, my food stays cool until lunch time! (I make my lunch around 5:30 am, and don’t eat lunch until noon). Now that’s quality! Also being a veteran myself, I never mind supporting a veteran owned and operated business! You guys have my full support! I’ll probably buy another just for a backup. The quality is outstanding right out of the box. Keep it up guys! Thanks again!

Rugged Military quality!
I saw a co-worker<fellow Veteran>with the multi-cam version and was impressed with the look and quality of it. I was ready to place an order and [coyote was out of stock]. After an inquiry the owner replied within a few hours that more were en-route.It was nice to see that the zipper pulls were changed to 550 cord pulls. This bag can hold two 4 cup & 4.4 cups glass containers, drink, along with two slim ice packs no problem. This is max capacity for me generally I take smaller containers and meals to work.(so you can get an idea of capacity) zippers worked great and are high quality and I like the detachable shoulder strap as well! The patch area is a nice little touch clipped on a hand sanitizer and place some utensils and napkins in the accessories pouch and I'm good to go!Only gripe was that USPS took forever some type of SNAFU and my item was delayed for 4 days after the expected delivery date but no fault of the company item was shipped quickly!

It is what it says it is, and that's more than 90% of the lunch bags out there...
Should you get excited about a Lunch Bag? No, not unless its this one. I am dedicated to bringing my lunch to work every day (for financial and dietary reasons). I am also completely skeeved out by the "community" fridge at any job I've had over the last 20 years of professional employment (people are gross). So having a lunch bag that can hold my food, and keep it cold is a priority. I also don't want to carry a proverbial "igloo" around with me.So I was very excited (yes, very) when I received my HSD Tactical Lunch Bag. First, it's made really well (solid stitching, inside and out). Second, it's just big enough to take my snacks and meals for a full 12 hours at the office if necessary (it'll also comfortably hold a 6 pack of bottles on their side). And third, with a small ice pack, it will keep my food cold until I'm done working at the end of the day (no more holding my nose when opening the fridge at work). In all, I'm really happy with how it's performed and how it looks.

Defeats the Texas heat!
Bag is large enough to hold frozen blocks plus my meals for a 12 hour shift. (I didn't put any beverages in the bag). The Mylar insulation seems to help prolong the life of the frozen blocks. Zipper is good quality. Bag is made of rugged, good looking fabric. I am on the road for most of my work day, so the bag is inside my air conditioned work vehicle for several hours. Sometimes I'm out of the vehicle for several hours, and the interior gets hot, but I'm happy with the way my meals stay chilled. Excellent portability. Very happy with purchase. UPDATE: Six weeks later, still going strong. Minor spills and stains on exterior and interior were wiped clean, no residue. Received follow-up emails from seller asking if I was completely satisfied - YES, definitely. Excellent product, seller who genuinely cares about customer - All adds up to a satisfied customer. Enthusiastically recommended!! UPDATE: Six months later, I'm still happy. My expectations have been exceeded.

Perfect for HSDs and MSDs everywhere.
If you need lunch in a non-permissive environment, this bag is what you need for a complete mission loadout. Molle loops allow the addition of extra pouches for tactical sodas and seltzers, while the included pockets, both internal and external, provide excellent retention for field expedient snacks like jerky and protein bars. For the ultimate in medium speed, some drag performance, affixing a morale patch and name tape is accomplished with the included loop panel. Charms not recommended. The included digital mission intel shows sufficient rations of leftover Chinese food, standard cans of fizzy water, and snack bars all secured within the confines of the insulated environment. The bag will hold more, so extended missions are possible, or standard mission length with rations for multiple personnel.

Great bag.
I really like the look and ergonomics of this lunch box. I hunted a long time for a lunch box with molle webbing. For two months I was really happy with this bag. Unfortunately, the liner on the inside of the bag has ripped. I'm not sure how. I just opened it up today and noticed the tear. Aside from that it's fantastic.Update: customer service responded within a day to come up with a solution for the liner issue. Will update furtherTook less than a week after emailing customer service to get a replacement bag.Newest update. 12/31/19 had the new bag nearly a year now. I use it most days and it's holding up just fine. Started a new job and new co-workers liked my lunch box too.
