Works great. Just had party and used this to make some Persian kabobs, I covered the whole unit in plastic food wrap and it made my work so much easier, ground meat easily released from the press and cleaning was a breeze. For the price and convenience it's a must have in the kitchen. Thumbs up.

Good quality kabob press. Make sure the meat is very cold and use a thick plastic bag to line the press before you pack it with meat. It's a good idea to also put the kabobs back in the fridge before grilling to keep the firm.Try it, you will like it...
