It's so shiny and pretty! I bought it for my conch but then decided to try it in my helix and it looks great, so now I'm going to get a different one for my conch. It's very comfortable to wear and came with 2 posts, one shorter and one longer. I used the longer one.

The stone is subtle, meaning a little on the small side. I personally like my stones to be a bit bigger. Bought it to put in my tragus, but looks better in my forward helix. No issues with pain or itching.
