Tap sensor not working before 1 year, product is in under warranty .i need customer support so kindly check & attaint this complaint

Non- working, it’s dispenser not working

After 3 months of use the unit is not working as it should.
After 3months of use the side sensor stopped working but the bottom unit was fine. After full charging the side sensor started to work,but the bottom was dud, again put it to charge,the bottom started to work and the side stopped. In the instruction manual, it states one can return the item within 1 year.
