We purchased our first tablet and have been running field trials with it for the past few weeks. I have to say it has truly exceeded our expectations. The product is very sturdy and built for any application. The touch screen was more responsive and the speed and processing power trumps our current field solution. We look forward to rolling this product out to our entire mobile workforce in the first quarter of 2024. Great product, highly recommended!

I delayed my review on this for a long time because I wanted to love this so much. In the end, I found it to be "Just okay." I was immediately turned off by the unlicensed copy of Windows it comes with. Mind you, I did read ahead of time and know this would be the case. What they didn't tell you is that it would already come logged in to a random user ("Fey") and it was really difficult to get any kind of web browser working so I could get my own licensed copy activated. I used some work arounds and was finally able to get Chrome and Firefox installed, and then could start the long process of getting rid of the default user. It just puts a really sour taste in my mouth that there was someone in the system before me, opening me up to unknown security risks. For the price of this item and how cheap manufacturers can get Windows licenses I just don't understand not having a full blown, unused copy of Windows ready to go on these. Once I finally got it all reset I instantly noticed that the performance just isn't there. It's not horrible, but it's also not going to run any kind of heavy weight software. Speaking of heavy weight... this thing is portable and rugged, but it's so heavy I can't imagine any situation where you'd want to carry it. This would be a good product to use as something like a sign in kiosk. It's just not a good workhorse device. for over $1k there are so many better products on the market.

This is by far the best tablet that we have purchased. We work in an industrial environment where our employees are constantly beating up the tablets, and this is the most hardy tablet we have found. The processing system is also lightening fast. Highly recommended!

Tablet works great and comes with Windows installed. After setting up license and such you are off and going. The one thing that lets this tablet far ahead of its competitors is the screen which is an absolute gem. Very clear resolution in any situation you put it in, from strong LED lights overhead to the blazing sun outdoors. The screen is very responsive and can almost predict what you want it to do right when you touch it. There are many options built in such as code scanners, fingerprint scanners etc. I do however with there were better connection options such as HDMI or maybe even as DisplayPort.

This is "oof" I get that a real power saving processor was used to help meet that 8 hour life but man is it both taxing and bottlenecking. As a pc it works OK, doesn't come with windows liscence, a business or whatever would deal with that but still this is upselled pretty hard. The pc has some storage (bare minimum) display is great yes it's anti bacterial and is conductive not some other display but still it's a little not responsive near the top. Sound is OK and loud. my main issue is the bottleneck of the cpu, it's so energy efficient it can't benefit from any sort of fast solid drive or good memory so it's as slow as a hard drive with no memory, the charger is fine but again the cpu is so trying to be efficient it ran into the problem of actually using more battery than it charges constantly. The box also advertises a dock is packed/included which it is not though this dock would have just been a small adapter for the charger. It even came with two charger connectors as if there was supposed to be a dock that just wasn't included. Overall I found this, punching severely under its weight, so bare bones it couldn't run a web browser without dying, simply bottlenecked to hard to perform basic tasks, if this were designated to cloud computing, or used just as an interface, ie a remote control it would possibly work but as a computer this is severely lacking. I also found myself unable to update anything that wasn't the windows security, the integrated graphics are both out of date and unable to be updated, even when windows trys to update it fails catastrophically 40% of the time.

I like that is so rugged. We use it on the job sites and it’s great that it lasts 8hr and runs windows. This has quickly become part of the tools we bring to into the field and to our projects.

I really wanted to like this rugged tablet PC. But I'm honestly still on the fence. Quite a bit about it. We needed somebody at this for our machine shop so I'm production personnel can have a portable device like this to use in the shop while they're actually using the equipment. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback is the fact that this thing is painfully painfully slow. For the money I expected way more out of this. Is to the point we're trying to do literally anything within the windows system just takes forever and a day. The device itself is actually quite incredible. It is definitely very rugged. The screen is fantastic. Touch works beautifully. It's it would be the perfect device with a much different processor. They're overall design of the whole package is spot on. It's just super unfortunate that they decided to use internal components that just aren't up to the task of doing much beyond booting up. We'll find a way to use it for particular things, but unfortunately it just won't work for how we needed to use it since it just really can't do anything quick enough to make it feasible in our operation. It's much quicker to walk back to the production office and do it on one of the actual PCs there then have this with you because by the time this loads anything up or gets to the next window of operation you could have been done and walked back to the machine. So unfortunately it just it's not an efficient way to add a device into her production process.
