Love it. Very nice crock with easy to use features. Cooks amazing at set temps and is easy to clean. The larger oval size makes meat fit perfectly.

It does everything!

This cooks very well! It fits nicely in my cabinet when not in use. The sous vida makes it a very versatile appliance to have. It is very easy to use and to clean. Great value.

I chose this model after extensive research, ultimately selecting it based on brand reputation. Unfortunately, the first unit arrived with a broken clasp right out of the box. The replacement was even more disappointing—it included a clearly used and broken item that had already been returned by someone else (see photo). While the product itself may perform well (guess I’ll never know), at a price point of $130, I expect it to arrive brand new and fully intact. Very frustrating experience.

Love this crockpot. Have cooked several meals in it and it does a marvelous job each time. The only thing to be aware of is that it does tend to cook a little hot ( on low it tends to make things like chili boil). Overall, really great addition to the kitchen.

A rare win with buying refurbished instead of brand new. Everything works and was included in the box. Heats fine, cleans up easy, not as high quality as the 20 year old one that it replaced. The push buttons will eventually wear out better to have a potentiometer knob, but it's what's offered.

Only used it a few times so far. Easy to transport food in the cooker, easy to cook with, easy to clean (inside and out). Have not tried the sous vide feature - the idea of cooking in a plastic bag does not appeal to me. Large capacity. Love the idea of dropping in the food and leaving it cook for a few hours. Good addition to kitchen tools, not cheap, but reasonable price for the features and quality.

Love the adjustability over basic, high, low and off.
