Beautiful stories and good quality paperbacks

These stories all start out with a person or persons wishing to change something from the past, although it will not change the history as it turns out. Persons delve into the mechanics of relationships, as they were and as they are in the present, and some thing surprising does happen. It helps us be more mindful of our own relationships. Some of the stories seem long in the telling, with lots of detail. Other than that, these are an excellent read.
