It's not an exaggeration to say this pillow has massively improved my quality of sleep. I have been waking with neck and shoulder pain for years, I've tried other standard pillows in varying levels of firmness, tried different sleep positions but I always end up on my front while asleep with my spine curved in an unnatural shape. With this ultra thin, cooling pillow I am comfortable in any sleep position, my spine is aligned and I'm waking up without any pain! Also there is no need to flip the pillow over in the night to get the cold side as it's always cool! Genius! If you are having any shoulder or neck pain I would definitely recommend giving this pillow a try. I was going to buy a very expensive pillow so I'm so pleased I gave this a try first.

I'm picky about pillows I had bought soooo many over the past some costing a fortune but they wasnt quite right. This however is absolutely fantastic!! the best pillow ever, i will be taking this everywhere even holidays i couldnt do without it now its just perfect for what i need. Im a stomach sleeper mainly sometimes side so i cant sleep on high rise pillows, this is the perfect height, lovely and soft yet holds your head without it falling all the way through as happens with some memory foam pillows. I like how the edges dont slope down but are squareish so gives me better support, my neck feels so much better when i wake up now. Also the cool side is actually cool which I didn't expect I just thought its just one of things companies just say but it actually is, i dont need that side as much as the other is lovely material super soft and warm which i prefer. So all round I'm very very pleased with this purchase.

Very light & soft for a memory foam pillow. Thinner one is great if you don’t like thick pillows. Very comfortable. A little expensive, but good quality

Nice & thin but really comfortable

I’ve been using this pillow for the last few weeks. While the height is decent, there’s a huge problem — the smell. I didn’t realise the “out-of-date milk” smell in my bedroom was coming from this pillow until recently. It honestly smells rotten. I can’t live with the horrendous odour, so it’s going back. 1 star because the smell makes it unusable.

Please note two things that you need to know... The pillow slip needs to be washed before use, as with any bedding. And, when using the pillow, keep the cool side facing up. One side is normal, and the other cooling. In the morning, the top side of the pillow still feels cool, while I can feel under the pillow where my head lies, the heat has been drawn away from my head through to the other side. It really works. You just have to face it the correct way. Also. The pillow is thin. It is perfect for me, being 5'3" and 45kg. I can use it as a side, back or front sleep. A larger person may possibly prefer it as a back sleeper. Ever since I started using this pillow I no longer wake up with a sore neck or headaches. Very pleased! Pillow quality is excellent. Support is perfect for use with a medium or soft bed. Maybe not a firm bed user.

You can’t have it all. This is indeed cool and comfy. I’m a front sleeper. Trouble is when you’ve made the bed it just looks rubbish - flat, small and cheap.

I am still todaybin neck pain and headaches, still trying to find the right pillow and found out memory foam is not for me. Unfortunately unable to return this product, not recommended.

Das Kissen ist sehr flach und dadurch ideal für Bauch- und Rückenschläfer. Es liegt angenehm und fühlt sich kühlend an, was den Schlafkomfort deutlich verbessert. Wichtig zu beachten: Das Kissen nicht waschen. Bei mir ist dabei leider das Innenleben kaputt gegangen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Kissen – klare Empfehlung!

Fabulous product and can bring this anywhere with soothing and now my favourite pillow I have another similar bit this is cooler

I want a refund of this product. It doesn’t support the neck as it should. The memory foam also gets hard after a few days use
