Quality fabric and is very good for its purpose. This is my second purchase using for after spinal surgery.

True to size, so get your actual size. Unless you feel like you’re a 2x, but know you’re a 3x.Mines was bigger than expected I got a bigger size thinking I would need to, but really didn’t.However, the on Velcro side that helps it connect was not sewn. It was completely disconnected

Perfectly comfortable to wear when walking, sitting and bending. The top and bottom edges are soft and not at all irritating. It stayed in place: it did not ride up or slide down. It wrinkled a bit horizontally over the course of the day.It gave me amazing relief from my orthostatic hypotension: my blood pressure otherwise falls when I stand up. Two studies show that abdominal binders keep the blood from pooling in the legs, so they help maintain blood pressure better than support hose/compression socks. I only wear it when I'm standing; never when I'm lying down. It gave me the compression that I needed, and I don't need it to give me a feeling of support.XL is a perfect fit for me: 30" waist, 40" hips. Lots of overlap so I could pull it tight.The fabric is damaged every time the velcro is pulled away from it, so I don't expect it to last as long as I'd like. I wish it had "loop" tape for the "hooks" to stick to instead. I expect to remove the hook tape and replace it with a row of corset hooks, and sew on a few rows of corset eyes. That will also be easier to manage than the long strip of hook tape.I like that the corners of the edge with the hook tape are folded to form an angle so they don't poke into me.

I am severely disabled. I've been looking for a binder for a long time that would be easy for me to use. And long enough without price gouging me. I actually bought a binder that was way too large because I truly anticipated this being like the other binders I bought before. It is lightweight lined for your comfort so you can put it next to your skin and it will not bother you. It is done in sections so that you can bend without it pinching or writing up. I have two issues with this and they're not necessarily bad things. One I wish I had an option to be a little bit wider. I could use this to be a good 6 to 8 in wider but that's strictly what I need it is plenty wide enough for the normal person. The other thing is the velcro works way too well. Once you stick the Velcro it is stuck and it's going to take a lot to get it unstuck. Which is a good thing because it means you can move and it's not going to pop apart The bad thing is is if you're like me and you're disabled it makes it extremely hard to get on and off. That is why I'm giving this product five stars even though I have some issues with it. Because the issues are my issues for my disability and my needs and not in the actual product. But I do want to warn people that may be getting this that have strength issues you need to understand that the velcro can be very difficult to deal with. But it will stay secure once you put it somewhere it's not coming apart.

Sizing is off. It was smaller than I expected

The built quality is amazing, value for the money not bad,the support is designed to lift your stomach up and it keeps it from rubbing against your legs,this item comes in several sizes,velcro strength is great and it takes a lot to get it apart. Very easy to use. And it's very comfortable to wear under your clothes.NOTE:I highly recommend this item for those who has gone through bariatrics surgery.

Looking for support after laparoscopic hysterectomy. Seemed like a good product. Once I received the wrap, it was hard to settle into, Velcro was way too strong and it was had to pull apart to get out of. Wasn’t the easiest product to use. Once on, it did give support.
