Not reliable, no support in UAE
Bought it "used like new" seemed fine but when tested, there was a scratchy feeling in the wheel base, contacted amazon and was told there is no warranty. I then contacted thurstmaster they told me they don't have repair centers in Dubai... then the wheel got really bad friction at the base making it hard to use. Had software problems as well, the wheel also creaks a bit. Contruction is mostly plastic for 1000 usd. Can't recommend, returned.
