Microplane 34735 3 in 1 Twist & Zest, Green

I like this gadget because its easy to use and provides easy two in one convenient of a juicer and zester.

Everything you need in one little tool.

The zester is way too small to zest any citrus and the juicer is too rounded to extract any juice. I wish I hadn't thrown the package away or I would return. This will go to Goodwill. Not surprised Microplane doesn't make this anymore.

Bought this from Tjmaxx. It really is the handiest thing to have! It’s small and compact. My bestie has been asking about where to find one. I’m ordering one for her! Fave for stars because the bottom piece doesn’t work very well... or maybe I just don’t know how to use it.

Piece of garbage. The only thing useful on this is the tiny ring at the butt end to make a curl of zest. You have to hold the lime very tightly and push real hard to get the juice out of it, so the juice is all over your hand. The cap comes off the butt end while you are doing this, so the ring jabs the palm of your hand. The grater doesn't work at all, period. I don't see this on the Microplane website and question whether it is a theft of the name. I also question the positive reviews here.

Like the size and the way it fits in my hand. Easy to use for zest - can concentrate on one area of the lemon. A little fiddly getting the juicer bit off and on. Easy.to clean. Well used by us.

Leider ist nach gut anderthalb Monaten nach Kauf bereits das Reibenblech herausgefallen. Ohne große Gewaltanwendung. Es lässt sich leider auch nicht mehr so weit befestigen, dass man die Reibe weiter verwenden könnte. Das darf bei einem Qualitätsprodukt eigentlich nicht (so schnell) passieren! Schade, denn eigentlich ein gutes Produkt. Jetzt kann ich es nur noch als Zestenschneider und Presse verwenden. Hatte es aber hauptsächlich wegen der Reibe gekauft, deshalb ist die Enttäuschung jetzt groß.

Die Reibe, um dies zunächst zu erwähnen, tut was sie soll. Sie ist scharf genug, um Zitronenzesten gezielt abzuhobeln. Auch für geriebene Zitronenschale super. Allerdings ist bereits nach 2 Monaten die Reibe abgebrochen und somit komplett nutzlos.
