These were definitely more narrow than I thought but I bought them for overnight stuffing because my daughter sleeps through the night and is a heavy wetter. I put 2 in side by side with slight overlap and they’re great. We haven’t had any overnight leaking, even when she sleeps 12 hours.

These inserts work very well for layering on top of a 6 layer greener odyssey insert. They add more absorption without making their pocket diapers bulkier. My 9 month olds can go 2-3 hours with these plus the other insert without any leaks! Highly recommend for layering ONLY!

Nice for smaller babies. And for more discharge, good size for a double liner and helps me keep my baby dry

These are narrow.

My girl was having leaks after around 7 months in her MamaKoala pocket diapers. I've been using these as doublers/boosters during every wake window and I don't have to change her for until 3 hours before naptime. These are perfect and trim. I also use two regular 5 or 4 layer bamboo inserts at night and then add three of these small newborn bamboo inserts in between layed down next to each other in a cover and I have no leaks anymore even with her breastfeeding all night long and sleeping for about 12 hours. Loved them so much got a second pair to not run out.

These inserts work great size and absorbancy-wise for the newborn size covers and wash clean without staining fairly easily. I always double with microfiber inserts.

These came smaller then I expected but they fit nicely for my newborn and the absorbency was pretty good for a newborn that gets changed every two hours anyway.

We layer the hemp insert inside the pocket and a charcoal bamboo insert against baby’s skin. He's comfy and you cannot beat alvababy pricing!! I recommend.
