I was looking for a book which will give me an insight into habit formation.And 5 Ways to create and sustain the cycle with practical touch in this book is extremely helpful and i highly recommend anyone who wants to change their course of life to give this book a worthy read.You felt great after that. Thanks Darius for penning this book.

I like the narrative which is very simple to understand and motivates me to apply. Also awesome illustrations. Lot of text and words inside. Consider adding more cartoons and funny pictures like Dilbert and others . It will make reading much more attractive.

The book lucidly provides a simple framework for transforming habits to embark on a different way of living by focusing on habits that set us free and charts our lives in thought out direction. Good things in life require time and energy to build. Good habits serve as a shield against forces that pull us in the undesirable direction. Living good life is very much possible by forming good habits and practising with regularity. To ensure success, the author recommends we form one good habit at a time, and quit all bad habits at a time. We need to track the progress and thereby be conscious of what we are trying to achieve.The book clearly brings out how a good life can be built on a strong and sustained foundation of good habits.

written in most simple ,yet to the point. Very good read and most importantly you can finish this short book within a week. But here's a waring you won't find anything new in this book, still it counts so much if you want to change your life. I convey my thanx to author for such wonderful simple book

It is a nice book to build your habits, and many practical tips author share with us, but I think they just add unnecessary contents with this book, this can be a short and simple book but they make it little long first 75 pages are enough other 42 pages are not necessary. I also read Do it Today, it is a great and well organized book step by step, but in this road to better habits book I do not find any link between one article with another.And there is no "Contents/Index" in this book, how can you publish a book without contents?
