So, I ordered this chair because my mother had just had a vascular surgery, and needed her legs supported afterwards. The chair was due to be delivered on Thursday 4th Jan, however, this was delayed at end of business. They then gave me a time slot for the following day, which was also not honoured. Again, a time slot for the Saturday - and... success!! The chair itself is comfortable and more than fit for purpose, although the delivery drivers couldn't get through the front door, as the box it came in was almost 2 inches wider than our front door! I had to unpack it on the doorstep, and bring it in - in two separate parts. Thankfully, the delivery was at ground level, or things culd have been VERY awkward!Assembly itself was very easy, just attaching the plug and remote to the cable on the chair, and then sliding the back down onto two metal arms and into position.The remote only had two buttons, and is very easy to use.All in all, a nice piece of furniture, with a relatively small footprint in the room while in the upright position.

Used for my father

I’m quite pleased with chair. It is good for the price. It is quite comfortable. The only complaint I have is the chair is not leather, it has a leather backing but it is covered with a layer of polypropylene. The material is quite thin.
