Used these little boxes to keep fairy light battery case from getting wet in outside pots. Perfect size great price! Haven’t had a big rain yet so I can’t be sure they are waterproof but certainly worked better than plastic bags.

First off, most cell phones won't fit in one of these boxes. Read the dimensions carefully. Second, I was extremely skeptical about the waterproof claim so I removed the foam inserts, put toilet paper inside them, and sunk them in water for about 5 minutes. I was happily surprised to find the tissues were completely dry, and I couldn't find a drop inside either box. I don't know how long the boxes would last underwater, but a drop or a couple of minutes under should be fine if closed properly. Also, they float (as waterproof things tend to do) so it should be fairly easy to grab. Overall a really nice buy.

I like a lot of things about this dry box. I like the size, it is perfect for lots of things. I wanted a bright orange box to store my mobile hotspot and it fits PERFECTLY inside. It also fits my cable and charger for the hotspot too.I use the hotspot for work, and wanted a box to protect from the elements as I work outside all year round. Also wanted a bright color so I won't leave it behind accidentally which I have done in the past.Another thing I like is the 4 latches for ease of opening. What I don't like about the latches is that they are flimsy plastic. Hopefully they last, but if they don't I will update here.There is a tiny thin rubber seal so I think it could help with water resistance tho I wouldn't call this a true drybox or "waterproof". I would say its water resistant.I took out the foam to make all the stuff I wanted to fit in there fit. However, the foam is really a nice touch I wish I could have kept the foam inside to help with heat resistance on hot work days. Somedays I'm working in 100 degree (sometimes 100 degree+) weather and plastic can melt and eletronics can get too hot to function correctly. I might line the box with some reflective aluminum foil and double sided tape.Also the box came with stickers. One is a tool symbol and one is a emergency symbol. I really like the stickers and used them. I'm using the orange box for my hotspot as stated, the black box will be a tiny emergency kit with survival gear and some medical gear. The box is a great size for that. Much bigger than what you see on YT using Altoids tins.Would have been 5 stars had the plastic been a bit less flimsy, the latches better made and the rubber gasket seal a bit more robust.

this product is very cool (for the price). it clicks strong and while the plastic is thin, combined with the foam, i believe what ever is inside is reasonably safe (for the price). it has a small rubber liner around the edge, which i believe would make it water RESISTANT more than water proof, but (for the price) it guess it works. the stickers it comes with are very low tack, they will fall off for sure in time. my only real complaint is, as the title states, it is smaller than promised.

I purchased this item for the sole purpose of storage for my communication headsets. Each box comfortably holds one unit. Nice padding ant latch system. Time of usage will give a reliability of the latches.

Was looking for a small box that would fit in my bow case and hold broadheads. I found other cases specifically made for broadheads but they were all bigger than I wanted, and who has 36 broadheads, anyway??? I have 6 and three of those are on arrows, so just needed a box that would hold 3 without letting them rattle around and get damaged and dull. These work nicely - the foam sandwiches the broadheads but is not so dense and tight that I'm worried about something bending. I really only needed one, but having the second is nice to hold my field tips, lighted nocks, extra o-rings, etc.

The seal is not water tight. The gasket has excess material, leading to a gap at that spot. It is also very poorly adhered, and fell off with a light poke. Maybe a large o-ring could replace it, but that is not the customer's job. The plastic is also thin, so this only offers protection from scratches, not water or significant crushing.

These are the perfect size for storing LP-E17 batteries in a camera bag. The case can fit 2-3 batteries, and I can easily store the cases in my bag. The build quality is not over the top, but it’s exactly what I need and would expect.
