It's a good belt to support but doesn't work for grown people as belt is the same width around. Shall be thicker on the back area in my opinion

The belt is really good I have had it on 2 days and feel brilliant I can walk better and stand for longer I wear the belt when I go to bed and I get a great nights sleep and when I wake up in the morning I don’t feel any pain when get out of bed the belt makes it easier to do my exercises to help get rid of my sciatica the belt can’t cure the sciatica but it can take away the pain and help you with your posture also I take some naproxen to help also the belt dose what it says on the product best investment I have ever made hope this review helps other people with there back problems or there sciatica.Paul

I have found product keeps slipping. It is ok but could do with being wider

My husband loves it. It helps With his lower back and at first he said a little weird to wear but he is use to it now. Good quality and fast delivery

I took on a job which involved standing for a few hours a day and regretted it when my lower back started to ache. I used this belt, and it was a marked improvement. I tightened it around my lower back, underneath my trousers and wore a long top. It's not too bulky.

I had been blowing leaves for an hour and my s-i joints were killing me when my support was delivered. I put it on right away and felt immediate reduction in pain and continued my leaf blowing with steadily improving pain. Awoke the next morning with no pain. Repeated the process a week later, as it seems the falling leaves never stop, with the same result.

This lower back support is superior because it's not as wide, thick and heavy as many from its competitors. Those others may be better for warehouse workrrs but for travelling, flying, going to dinner and the office this product is far more comfortable and not as thick and heavy as the others.
