Definitely 1 favorite one that I have tried so far! The thing I love the most is it's easy to put on and it's comfortable it helps with my posture because I have scoliosis. But as I'm getting a little bit older and having some health issues and after five children my stomach isn't as flat as I would like it to be so I can't wait to see the results. Oh and also I love this that you don't get like all sweaty and have your shirt be soaking wet. It's still gets the like heated up and like almost like a sauna but it is so absorbing definitely my favorite one I've gotten so far. I'll update when we see some results lol!Also I love that it's adjustable so during the day if I feel like I don't want it to be as tight I can adjust it or depending on the activity I can loosen it up or tighten it up. I would definitely say buy it!!

I've only been using about a week now but I'm very happy so far. This provides great back support! I sit all day at work and often find myself slumping, this is really keeping me upright.

Helps with lower back support

Wow, so easy to put on, no complicated straps requiring an army of 5.Fits a very large mid-section and can easily shrink down as the wearer shrinks.Helps with posture as well b/c this product does not roll down. Great for those who sit during the work-day. I would imagine that this product would also help with post-partum tummy reshaping and back support - ask your OBGYN obvi.WISHING I HAD FOUND THIS SOONER!

The quality was not great. It was harsh on my skin and very uncomfortable. Didn’t provide much support at all.

I’ve been struggling to find a waist trainer that cinches my mid section. Most are too big, even in size small and I haven’t found an XS in the styles I like. The straps on this one are great because they allow my to tighten the waist trainer as much as I want and noticeably shrink my waist. The only flaw is that the strap is visible in the front so I wouldn’t wear it out or under clothes but for everyday wear around the house and in the gym/ when working out, I highly recommend. I haven’t exercised in it yet to see how it holds up with sweat and can update my review once I do but so far I’m a fan! The material is good quality, especially for the price and it’s doing what I need it to do… keeping my stomach in and my waist snatched.

Great support. Holds in place well. Snatches waist real good. I’m 8 months postpartum (c section). I really slacked in wearing a belly band after having baby, so since I lost some weight, I’m giving it a try again. Im so glad I gave this band a shot.I’m 185lbs and ordered the large. It was a snug fit. 100% recommend!
