Are you referring by to the size of the aerator? If so, the answer is some.

My Laundry faucet hase a hose connection on the end, A garden hose nozzle will screw onto the faucet end. I think its 3/4",will it fit my faucet?

No. Your faucet is what I’d call a laundry room faucet. Both your faucet and aerator are male thread. You would need an adapter, female hose thread on one end to attach to your faucet and a female thread, compatible with aerator on other end. If you are lucky you may find a hardware store with someone who can help you. You can easily get hose to pipe thread adapters but then need pipe to faucet thread adapter. But the two adapters plus aerator might become to long to be useful.

This doesn't fit a faucet with a female threaded spout. Is there a version with male adapter threading so I can screw it into, not over, the faucet?

I had to buy an adapter from home depot.

I have hard water and have issues with sprayers in the past. How will this work with hard water?

I don’t know how it’s gonna work with hard water. I have regular water, not so hard but it’s an A+ item. it has increased my water flow 100%.
