Had many years of traditional bed experience and sleeping on the floor. The floor is hands down the best for your body and sleep. This is the floor with comfort. Not too thick, which is what you want. Enough support to not be bone to hard ground. Never going back

I got the ZonLi Japanese Futon Mattress, and it's really awesome! It's like a cozy bed that you can put on the floor, and it's made of soft cotton. The best part is, it's not just comfy, but it's also super versatile. What's cool is they added tufted accents, which basically means they stitched everything together to make it flat and strong. It looks fancy too, like those nice sofas you see in Europe and America. And guess what? You can use it for lots of things! It can be a mattress topper, a bed for your room, or even a comfy seat in the living room. I've taken it for camping, and it's perfect for naps and picnics. Plus, the company says they'll help if there are any problems. One thing to know is that when it arrives, it's squished in a small package. But don't worry, just let it sit for a couple of minutes, and it puffs up to its normal thickness. Overall, the ZonLi Japanese Futon Mattress is a great buy if you want a comfy and versatile bed. It's made well, looks nice, and you can use it for lots of fun stuff!

The mattress comes compressed and once opened will take a day or two to get fully functional. No odor whatsoever. The cover is cotton, thick enough and nice to the touch. The mattress comes machine tufted, cheaper to do than by hand and that seems to help keep the price affordable (not complaining, just saying). It is three inches thick, therefore good for someone skinny (my case) to average, kids playing and resting in front of the TV, that kind of thing. To sleep full time I would suggest a rug or carpeted floor under the mattress. I think it is a good product to consider if you have people staying over occasionally. Happy with the purchase.

It is not a futon mattress or Japanese it was thin n a comforter at best I asked to return it n refund me they offered part refunds but I refused as I paid nearly $400. They eventually refunded in full n said I could keep it so I’m happy now

Piece of junk. it expands so you can't get it back into original packing to return which per website is the only way its refundable.. it out gassed-gave me a migraine, slept very hot, but it was very comfortable. I do not recommend. Waste of money. Terrible customer service.
