Lasted just over a month. Disappointing.
It did an okay job for about two weeks then the uv light stopped working. Now just over a month of using daily it has completely broken. Some piece inside is loose and bangs around when I turn it on. Not worth it!

Customer service really changes my perspective on a product. I bought this product in September and found myself charging it way too often, but after speaking with Cassie from the UltraSonic Team I was able to get a new updated version of the product. They sent me the link for new product and I bought it immediately (I now have one in pink). I really liked the product and would buy again based off customer interaction alone! They were kind, responsive, attentive to my concerns about the product, took the feedback and made a complete 180! This is the product you want for your retainers.

Inoperable after 2 months of use.
Stocking stuffer gift for Christmas. Worked wonderfully for nearly 2 months. Loved the rechargeable battery. But, the timer has broken and now an internal piece is broken and sounds like an airplane taking off when operating. What a disappointment.

It was compact and cordless, but i stopped working after four month.

Stopped working after 4 months. After charging, the product will not turn on. Do not buy.

Wasn’t able to charge
Initially worked great but once the initial battery died and I tried to recharge it I found it wasn’t charging with the cord provided. I tried using other chargers that I had at home to see if it was an issue with just the charging cord but none of them worked. When I tried to see if I could replace the item as it was defective it said I couldn’t. It worked well for the week before the battery died but now will just have to throw it out.

IT DOESNT WORK, 40 DAYS IN
The media could not be loaded. Â It wont stay charged and it wont shut off, It currently unplugged and running, and no amt of pressing the 5 min ir 10 min button will shut it off, I would NOT RECOMMEND this item and also it never really cleaned the dentures at all..FIRE HAZARD, BURNING POWER CORD/MELTED !!!!

Another Made In China fail
The moment you open the package and find a typical cheap made in China device presented as a sophisticated product, you know immediately you've been conned.Less than a week it intermittently fail to charge, fail to start, and then this morning it just rattles off the bathroom vanity. Don't buy this. Is there a ZERO star review ?
