Pleasant, mild-tasting herbal tea
(1) LABELING - is 99% in Chinese, so anyone ordering can find much more useful English-language information here on the product pages than can be expected on the packaging. (2) TASTE - I am very happy to drink this tea on a regular basis - it is mild and pleasant, as contrasted with many herbal teas, which can be helpful (healthy) but unpleasant, and I say that as a former Vitamin & Supplement Store manager. (3) EFFECT ? I encourage more people to distinguish between PREVENTATIVE/MAINTENANCE and CURATIVE/REMEDIAL supplements. This belongs in the former category - what I would call a "lifestyle" or maintenance tea. I've read some reviews complaining that users didn't "feel" anything, and that's NOT necessarily a bad thing. Some teas that produce an obvious effect ("weight loss" teas, as an example) are often simply laxative/diuretic and are not genuinely beneficial. Yet people are happy they are "working" because "something" is happening. I won't know if this particular tea lives up to its billing, until I see my periodic blood test results to check all my liver/kidney vitals. (4) DOSAGE ? One thing I find sorely missing, when you consider any detox or liver/kidney products, is dosage... this tea is so mild one may not be very conscious of it as a "medicinal" tea, but too much of certain herbs can have undesirable effects (for example, too much milk thistle could stimulate so much bile production that one could have trouble staying out of the bathroom). Overall, I'm very happy with this tea as a pleasant beverage, with the promise/possibility of added health benefits. If my next round of test results indicate even mild benefits, I'd happily keep ordering this.

Bland and ingredients (everything) is written in Chinese
The package came with two boxes taped together. Everything, except the company's name, is in Chinese. This includes ingredients. So I can't tell what's in there. There's a manufacturing date of August of 2023, which was a little over 2 months ago. So the product is new. The product doesn't provide any expiration or best-by date. The image on the Amazon says it's good for 18 months of shelf life so I'll go with that. As for the taste, it's very bland. There's no taste to it. It's supposedly for people who are overworked with poor living habits. As for my stomach, it feels OK. There's no ingredient list in English so I can't tell what it is and the tea has very little flavor. I don't know what benefits it offers and I did not enjoy drinking it either.
