I highly recommend buying the genuine Oticon domes. I have literally used generic domes that came off and lodged in my ear canal. These are my go to domes.

Good for the price, but can be better
These Oticon domes fit my hearing aids very well. They fit my hearing aids, my ears, and feel like they will last a good long while. My only problem is that they are clear, which makes them difficult to clean. If you can look past that, then this is a 5 star product. It wasn't for me.
