When I first viewed this EMS thngamagig I nearly didn't proceed. Reviewers were complaining that the control module didn't function and turned off after a couple of seconds and was therefore useless.I thought for a bit and studied other reviewers photos and thought - the circuit is not fully completed to enable the EMS to work correctly, thus it turns off. So, I thought I would give it a try. Why not, I can always return it if no good. Order arrived promptly as is always the case with Prime. Studied all the components and put it together. Followed instructions and attahed it to my abdomen and pressed the buttons. Voila off it jolly well went. Just to confirm if it was fully functional I disconnected the module from the pad's' and yes in deed it turned off after a couple of seconds. Replaced the module to the pad's and restarted and again voila of it jolly well went. It completed the 15 minute cycle and then did turn off. Super smashing great. No problems and I just hope that it will tone an old farts muscles that have now sagged. Experiencing the pulsing power I think it will just do that over time. Couldn't proceed beyond level 5 so far!!!!! Beyong that it was 'Ooooooo'. So for now it is a 5 star and would recommend.

It's strong enough.But its no good if it don't stick. so not a good buy.

Pads don't stick and although it has different programs no explanation of what each one is supposed to do or what the effects are. Does help with muscle cramps but I have to use bandage and straps to hold in place as pads are not sticky at all

This is a product that works of the principle off EMS training, meaning that in combination with a weight training and/or exercise program it will help you to build and tone muscle.It comes with everything you need as well as a brief set of instructions to help you get started. It is slightly smaller than the pictures have you believe but fits okay on me so no issues there. Also there are extra gel pads so that you already have replacements for when the ones already attached run outl and no longer adequately stick.It's easy to use and maintain so overall I'm very happy with the purchase I made and certainly for the price I paid it was good value for money.

Received today unfortunately no explanation of modes meaning I needed a bit of guess work to start using

I don't do reviews, I'm 63 yrs old been hovering around 90kg for last 6 months nothing I do could make me loose weight, I'm using this for anything up to 2hrs a day (only does 15min a time) I've lost 8kg in 3 weeks it's unreal go out and buy one. Each day I can increase the intensity its now on level 11, day 1 I couldn't get past level 5.

Item arrived very quickly. Packaging was good.Easy set up. Very powerful. I started on low settings at first cos its simply very powerful. After a month or so I'm up to level 14. This will not loose fat. But along with 20 to 30 sit ups each morning you can really see and feel the difference. Thus machine will toughen up your muscles helping you do more natural ab training and also tone muscle
