I’m a 46-year-old overweight man, and for the past 10 years, my snoring has been nothing short of legendary—loud enough that neighbors 30 feet away could hear it through the walls. My wife constantly worried, and with good reason—my father used a CPAP machine for the last 15 years of his life but still passed away young due to related health issues. I didn’t want that to be my path. I stumbled upon the Sleep Guard Mouthguard on TikTok and figured I had nothing to lose. The concept is simple but genius—it positions your lower jaw forward, like a forced underbite, preventing your tongue and soft tissue from collapsing and blocking your airway at night. The molding process isn’t perfect—it took me about 10 tries to get it right—but once I did, the results were incredible. I now sleep through the night, completely silent. I wake up refreshed, alert, and surprisingly, I’ve started losing weight without even trying. I believe this product has genuinely improved my quality of life and possibly extended it. My only suggestion would be to include a better molding tray, like what dentists use. But overall, I cannot recommend the Sleep Guard highly enough.

Use nightly very durable for grinding, easy to form to teeth, takes some getting used to but works to prevent fractures.

Don't waste your money on these. I opted for the kind that molded to your teeth that you send away to a lab. Those are comfortable and fit and you can sleep. These cheap ones don't fit right and are HUGE. They also don't fit well even after 'molding' in hot water.

The instructions were quite clear however, I don’t believe I got a really good fit. They are really nice and heavy. However, I don’t know why I feel like I am gagging every time I put them on at night, and I feel like I can dry heave. I’ve actually tried to wear them during the daytime to try to get used to it for nighttime, because I am a heavy, heavy clencher. Overall I believe they would be very good and I’m hoping I can wear them at night moving forward.

These were great, so simple to mold. They are comfortable to wear at night time.

Yes these are big, but that's what I need! I am a big guy with a big mouth and big teeth. All my other mouth guards get shredded to pieces within a couple of months, but these have lasted me a long time. The quality and durability is amazing, the price is great, and they are very comfortable and don't develop sharp edges. They also don't yellow like my other mouthguards do for some reason. 10/10, the only brand I will buy from now on.

This has been great and very easy to mold! It fits perfectly and forms great to the mouth. Definitely helps with teeth grinding. Very happy that it comes with 4 guards since my dog decided to eat two of them because I left the case open

as someone diagnosed with bruxism a good 12 years ago I can vouch for this product in terms of both cost, fit, quality, and durability. I've had professionally fitted bite guards for years following dental reconstructive surgery to install crowns, and they don't last. I can chew through one in under 3 months as they're always thin plastic. this product is *not* thin plastic - there must be a good 3mm to 4mm of material in all the important places, they're just as comfortable to wear as the professionally fitted ones, and at a fraction of the price in comparison to the professionally fitted bite guards this is far better value. if I were to compare the fit I would say it's more akin to a boxing mouth guard than the professionally fitted bite guards, but after sleeping with these things in my mouth for years I'm honestly just happy to get a good night's sleep without worrying about grinding my teeth. just don't expect a vaccuum seal to your teeth. I kick myself for trusting a private dentist and not trying these sooner. things to bear in mind: ***please follow the instructions*** - do not submerge these in anything near boiling water for more than the recommended length of time. I read another reviewer complaining they melted one - you left it in the water too long. * when you clean these after use do not submerge them in anything near boiling water, as this will cause them to go into their soft state again. you only need lukewarm water to clean them. UPDATE: I chewed through my first one of these in just over 6 months. considering I do that in 3 of 4 months normally this is really good, and a fraction of the price.

I grind my teeth in my sleep and this works a treat, first time using them was a faff getting the fit right but now I am used to it very easy to do. Bonus is that they are so much cheaper than the custom ones from the dentist

The main point to make about the product is that the instructions on the box are incorrect. I noticed someone had left a poor feedback with their mould in a ball where it had melted. I watched the video before I bought it and scanned the QR code to watch it again from the box. The instructions on the box tell you to sit it in the boiling water for 60-90 seconds! It only needs 15 seconds…no wonder it melted into a blob! It was very quick, easy and straightforward to create the mould and it sat comfortably in my mouth. I’ve used it for one night so far and have had a good night sleep.

The product is ok, I can't get on with it because they're so thick and uncomfortable but might suit others. Easy enough to mould but not so easy to wear.

I use these guards all the time. They are easy to shape and last a reasonable period of time for the price. Effective at stopping damage from teeth grinding.
