Bosch Starter-Set 36V (1 Akku 36V 2,0 Ah, Ladegerät AL 36V-20, im Karton)

It will be noted that this is first UK-based review, so I'll cover the UK specifics first. Upon opening the parcel, I noted that the seal on the Bosch box had been cut; alarm bells started ringing, however, I needn't have worried, as it became clear when I opened the box that it was to put a UK to European mains adapter inside - nothing else, as the cable is moulded with a European 2-pin plug.As the owner of a number of the Bosch 36V Power to All cordless garden tools, I had a previous AL36 charger self-destruct, so was forced to replace it. It would seem that the original charger may have had a reliability issue, as the design was replaced by this model fairly rapidly after launch. As with other Bosch products build quality is excellent, but given my earlier comments, I hope this unit lasts a little longer than the previous version - I'll update this review if it doesn't!!
