Very effient and works ver well in my small business

I ordered 5 of these for a new clinic. Within 30 days, I had to send back two of the ophthalmoscopes for replacement. Now one of the otoscope is not working. It is past the 30 days, but less than 2 months. We will see if they will replace this. I need to order more, but I will not order through Amazon, it is better to order through a medical supply company.
