I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it and sharpened all our knives to perfection. On Christmas he showed it to a family member but did not specifically say it was the gift I gave him. Confusion ensued over the next few days as the family member kept asking when he could pick up his gift he forgot. We thought it was all a big joke but then his girl friend said he had been talking about it all week-long. In the end we ended up purchasing another one for the family member.

My husband uses this all the time for his knives. He absolutely loves this. Works so good his friends ask him to sharpen their knives.

I bought two of these for Christmas gifts, but they are both locked up and do not roll. Short of breaking them, there does not seem to be a way to fix this. I cannot find any support information to contact the seller / manufacturer for assistance, and my return window is closed since these were bought for gifts and were wrapped up for several weeks.Update - Parkway contacted me and offered to replace the defective units. The replacements came quickly and work as expected. Increased to 4 stars. -1 due to disappointing Christmas gift. Also, if we had kept the boxes after Christmas, we would have seen the support information, but you know how Christmas is! Apologies to Parkway for this, but kudos to them for reaching out after the review.

Excellent!!! Work very well easy to use and understand. The knife become very very sharp. No need to press or push so hard to shape, just do gently. For the big knife can be little complicated to use, need some stand to make the shaper meet the knife. But very very shape from nothing.

Got the tool and the roller rarely wants to roll.

I'm a knife guy and i've sharpened my knives for years on my own. Initially when I saw this advertised? I thought it was a good product. It was excited to receive it. Immediately after receiving it, I excitedly tried it out. Immediate disappointment that it was not good for small buck pocket, knife. So I would not recommend it for sharpening pocket knives. Bigger wider kitchen knives.I think possibly it would be good. There is a bit of our learning curve. It works well with the proper size blade. Again, once you learn how to work with a drop point knife for a curved edge, it will sharpen nicely. If you're getting this with the intentions of sharpening a wide variety of knives, I would not recommend it. Like I said within the hour, I was repackaging it for return and a refund..

I love the ease of this product, it makes sharpening your kitchen knives fool proof. It is designed to get your knives sharp and keep them that way with very little effort. Highly recommend the product.

this sharpener is worth the money. I like how it has 4 different angles. most likely roll only need 15 or 17 for most kitchen knives, 20 and 22 are gonna be for cleavers. some people complain about not being able to sharpen small knives. I sharpened mine by adjusting and being clever. you're gonna have to use a taller surface at times either for the roller or the magnetic base, get creative. it doesn't take much to get a good sharp edge. overall I'm happy with this sharpener.
