I sent the package to my friend on her birthday and she loved it and enjoyed all the items. She did however, mentioned that the face mist was empty. When I followed up with Amazon and the company the response was quick and polite. They apologized and the day after my friend received a new package. More than that A face mist was shipped a few days later from this family owned company. That is customer service! Thank you!
