I am changing my review to 5 stars due to the 5 star customer service. They are sending an upgraded replacement for the chipping paint.Original post:We just installed this faucet a few weeks ago with our new sink. We love the look of the faucet but the paint chipped off this morning while brushing our teeth. Only the water was on. We have not cleaned the sink at all or used any types of sponges or scrubbers on it. Paint literally just fell off and went down the drain. Sad. Otherwise the sink is great. Maybe don't get black?

DO NOT buy this in black.. I’ve had this installed in my brand new bathroom vanity sink for 3 months and it’s already almost totally peeled off. We just renovated our main bathroom and I loved the way this looked, but really should have listened to the reviewers who said it peels..because it does! Not worth the money. It looked beautiful, the faucet is okay but retains water stains pretty easily. I’m sure the stainless steal is nice and functional. We def plan on reaching out to the company for either a replacement or our money back.***Update! Company was so amazing after writing this review. They refunded me my money and sent me a new drain. I will update again in another 3 months.

I am changing my rating of this purchase. This company made sure to make this situation right. Excellent company to work with. I had my bathrooms renovated and brought two of these facets to be replaced in my bathrooms. One of the facets have been dripping water for over a month and now I have to hire a plumber to come out and fix it. I love the look of the facet, but it hasn't been six months since I purchased this.

Like this faucet, the water comes out far enough to wash hands without hitting the back of the sink. Great price too.

This faucet was absolutely perfect for our half bath. Looks great, works great. The waterfall is really cool. Very easy install. I highly recommend this.

I bought 4 of these faucets and had a professional plumber replace all of them with this one just before we moved into our new home on July 18th. It hasn't even been a month and I can't believe it, they are starting to peel. They are not pop-up stoppers so you have to buy all of the faucets to match so they all match. I had read the same issue with this faucet before I bought it but the overall rating was good and I liked the design so I bought this faucet but now I have to replace all of my faucets. I am so sad that this is happening to me. However, the reason I am writing an updated review again and changing my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars is because I was so impressed by the seller's handwritten, heartfelt card.

El producto es exactamente como en catálogo, trae todas las piezas necesaria y es muy fácil de instalar, funciona muy bien y la salida de agua en cascada es agradable y abundante

El diseño y el acabado son excelentes, todavía no lo instalo el motivo por el cual le pongo 4 estrellas es por las mangueras que no vienen ambos lados a 1/2 deverian de tomar en cuenta que en México es la medida estándar y enviar las mangueras de alimentación en esa medida ya que las llaves angulares son a 1/2.
